If you can’t find a ticker, make sure the stock exchange it’s listed on is supported. Currently, FIREkit supports stocks and ETFs from the following exchanges: NYSE, NASDAQ, CBOE, TSX, TSXV, NEO, CSE, EURONEXT, XETRA, MUNICH, SIX, ISE, and LSE.
FIREkit currently supports U.S. government bonds (except STRIPS and floating-rate notes) and Ukrainian government bonds. If your bond isn’t available, you can still track it manually by creating a Custom asset and adding transactions.
FIREkit supports the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, with a few exceptions. If you can’t find a specific coin or token, let us know — we’re happy to consider adding support.
FIREkit supports a wide range of currencies, including: USD, EUR, GBP, UAH, ALL, AMD, AZN, BGN, HRK, CZK, DKK, GEL, HUF, ISK, MDL, MKD, NOK, PLN, RON, RSD, SEK, CHF, TRY, CAD, AUD, NZD, CNY, HKD, TWD, JPY, KRW, SGD, MXN, KZT, INR, ZAR, ILS, AED, EGP. If your currency isn’t listed, let us know — we may be able to add it.
Sometimes, when you connect an account, we may receive incomplete or unclear data, and a ticker might be unrecognized or matched incorrectly.
You can fix it manually:
Open the asset.
Click the Three dots" button next to the unrecognized ticker → Change ticker.
Find and select the correct ticker.
Click the Confirm button.
Make sure to carefully follow the Import guide and double-check the Common issues section. Most errors happen due to formatting problems or missing fields. Fix them and try again. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us for help.
